A minimum thirty day interval is usually needed to meet the publication and mail notification requirements for public hearings and bid openings 0 Staff feels that the public improvements, if approved, could be constructed in 1992. This timeframe is compatible with County Road 21 construction planso If a Feasibility Report is authorized by Council, staff would have soil investigation work done as part of the Report to determine more accurately the soil conditions.
