Introduction

Historv
This agenda item is part of the continuing process of Lift Station Rehabilitation
which was initiated by the Council's approval of a Standardized
Comprehensive Management and Rehabilitation Plan. Work to be completed
is due to the age and condition of the lift stations. Work is prioritized based on
need. Upon completion of this year's project, the City will have 5 of the 38 lift
stations left to rehabilitate.
On February 20,2007, the City Council approved a resolution authorizing
Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services (AEzS) to proceed with
design and specifications for Northwood and Fairview lift station
improvements. Additionally, on May 21,2007, the City Council approved a
resolution accepting plans and specifications and authorized advertisement for
bids for the project.
Rehabilitation components and replacement parts will follow the City of Prior
Lake's Lift Station Standardization Management and Rehabilitation Plan and
