e) Approve Prosecution Agreanent With Scott County - en April

Agreanent between the Scott County Board, Scott County

prosecution services for criminal offenses committed in Prior
Lake. In addition, the City Council requested that Scott
County prosecute all gross misdemeanors in the City. 'Ibis
Agreement expired on October 31, 1986 and it was
inadvertently not renewed by all parties. Attached is a copy
of the new prosecution Agreanent awaiting Council approval
