c.) Approve Change in Regular Session Meeting Date - '!he regular
session of Morrlay, February 15, 1988 falls on Washington's
Birthday which is a legal holiday. Staff recomrrerrls that the
regular session meeting date be changed fran February 15,
1988 to Tuesday, February 16, 1988 at 7:30 P.M. at the Prior
Lake City Hall. lobtion as part of the Consent Agerrla is in
order.
d.) Review Fee Survey and Approve Change in Subdivision Fee - see
attached Staff Report.
e.) Approve Economic Development Appointments - see attached

f.) Approve Summary Publication of Liquor License Ordinance - The
revised Liquor License Ordinance was adopted on December 7,
1987. The Ordinance must be published prior to becoming
effective. Publishing a summary, enclosed, will save the
City costs for publication. The summary must be approved by
the Council. lobtion as part of the Consent Agerrla is in
order.
4. Presentation Of Poster Winners - Highway 13 Task Force Comp:tition
- see attached Staff Report.
5. Presentation Of First Annual Employee Awards - City Manager, Dave
Unmacht, will present the First Annual Employee Awards. Two
awards will be given for 1987 and co-winners will receive each
award. The winners of the Employee of the Year Award are Fernie
Julkowski, Senior Accounting Clerk; and Steve Schmidt, Lieutenant
in the Police Department. The winners of the "Rookie" of the Year
Award are Deb Garross, Assistant Planner; and Joel Rutherford;
Engineering Technician.

The awards idea was initiated by the employees and has been
suggested to management for implementation. City Manager Unmacht
concurs with the idea and will make the presentations to the
employees at the Council Meeting. Unmacht will present the
details of the award, action required by the Council and the
process used to make the selection, and the future application of
the awards.
6. Update On The Regional Transit Board "Opt Olt" Program - Assistant
Ci ty Manage r/Economic Deve10pnent Di rector, Kay Schmudlach will
update the Prior Lake City Cbuncil on the recent activities
concerning the City's Regional Transit Board "Opt OUt" Program.
