Because of the brief time allotted suitable discussion was not available to review any details. Council directed Staff to select a date for a Park Comprehensive Plan workshop. Staff is presenting two dates: Tuesday, March 28 and Wednesday, April 5 for your consideration. The time period would be 4629 Dakota 51. S.E., Prior Lake, Minnesota 55372 / Ph. Staff is in the process of preparing the park survey as requested for Councilmembers and that will be distributed in the near .future. * City Manager Unmacht has met with individual Staff members and has held one group session relating to the City Council workshop which occurred on February 10-12. A second Staff workshop is scheduled for March 8. Each Staff member is now reviewin~ and brainstorming ideas related to the indlvidual requirements of the workshop. Staff would envision that the information could be presented back to the Council in a concise and understandable format within the next one to two months. At this time it is premature to establish a workshop date for a follow up discussion, but it is anticipated that a workshop will be required on the issues of the Council discussion between mid-April to mid-May. If there is a misunderstanding or confusion related to the process the Council wanted to take as a follow up to your workshop, discussion should occur on this at the meeting. b) Presentation of Prior Lake Business Assistant City Manager Schmudlach will the list and make a few brief comments to its use.
