(u :;::: Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 \, . tr:t ~!V RESOLUTION 07-166 A RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "PIKE LAKE MEADOWS" AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE FINAL PLAT Motion By: Erickson Second By: Millar WHEREAS, On June 18, 2007, the City Council approved the preliminary plat known as "Pike Lake Meadows", subject to conditions identified by Resolution 07-122; and WHEREAS, The City Council has found that the final plat of "Pike Lake Meadows" is in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat for "Pike Lake Meadows"; and WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the final plat of "Pike Lake Meadows." NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The final plat of "Pike Lake Meadows" is approved subject to the conditions set forth in this resolution. 3. The final plat of "Pike Lake Meadows" is subject to the following conditions, which shall be met prior to release of and recording of the final plat: a) Payment of all fees prior to release of the final plat mylars. b) Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1" = 200'; and one reduction at no scale which fits onto an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. c) Four mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures must be submitted. d) The developer must provide financial security, acceptable to the City Engineer prior to release of the final plat mylars. e) The developer shall provide documentation verifying access easements that allow the adjacent residential property a maintained driveway through the project site to Pike Lake Trail. f) The developer shall stub utility services to the property boundary of the adjacent residential parcel. g) The developer shall provide an easement within Outlot D to assure future access from Sherrie Street to the adjacent parcel to the northeast. h) The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 90 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by December 17, 2007, will render the final plat null and void. 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2007.
