In review of building permit files it was discovered there is an open permit for a deck. At the last inspection on
August 15,2003 there was a required correction noted. Please make the correction listed and call for a final
inspection by February 17, 2005.
The correction is:
1. Grip able handrail is required
2. Maximum spindle space 4"
3. Maximum tread and riser difference is 3/8"
4. Minimum guard rail height 36"
5. Add bolts to secure beam to post
