At last inspection on August 30th 2004 there were required corrections noted. Please make the listed corrections and call for a final inspection by February 11 th 2005. The corrections are: 1. Provide a graspable handrail on one side of the stairway with the ends returned to a post. The handrail needs to be at a height between 34 and 38 inches above the nosing of the tread. 2. The riser openings in the stairway need to be less than four inch spacing. See the deck handout for details To schedule an inspection time please call (952) 447-9850.
