In review of building Permit files, it was discovered there is an open permit for a deck. At
last inspection on August 30th 2004 there were required corrections noted. Please make
the listed corrections and call for a final inspection by February 11 th 2005.
The corrections are:
1. Provide a graspable handrail on one side of the stairway with the ends returned to
a post. The handrail needs to be at a height between 34 and 38 inches above the
nosing of the tread.
2. The riser openings in the stairway need to be less than four inch spacing.
