August 20, 1993 Mr. Wade Allison 4330 Dakota Street Prior Lake, MN 55372 Dear Mr. Allison: I am writing this letter as a follow-up to my letter dated March 19, 1993 regarding the construction of a retaining wall at 4330 Dakota Street in Prior Lake. I have researched my fIles and have found documentation that the area in question was regraded in 1988 in conjunction with a porch addition. Please be advised that the fee owner of a property is responsible for all violations on the property. I would like to work with you in resolving his situation without legal intervention. To accomplish this I have authorized a registered land surveyor to locate the side property line next to the retaining wall. After the property line has been located I will contact you to schedule a meeting on site. At that time we will evaluate the situation and discuss possible solutions if needed. I will be in contact with you next week to schedule our meeting. Your anticipated cooperation is appreciated.
