STATUS OF 4.5 ACRE PARCEL AND DOWNTOWN
APARTMENT PROJECT
DISCUSSION:
History: The 4.5 acre parcel is the last one available in the
Waterfront Passage Park. We have had numerous interested parties
but to date none have entered into a Purchase Agreement. The EDA
has previously directed the staff to complete soil borings and soil
corrections to the property to improve its readiness for development.
The staff is also talking with a potential apartment developer in
downtown Prior Lake.
Economic Development Consultant Roger Guenette will provide a
status report for both topics.
