SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
November 7, 2007
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Present were Mayor Haugen, Councilors Hedberg and LeMair, City Manager Boyles, Finance Director Teschner,
and Administrative Assistant Green. Councilors Erickson and Millar were absent.
Consider Approval of a Resolution Canvassing the Returns of the City of Prior Lake 2007 Municipal Elec.

Finance Director Teschner reviewed the returns from each precinct. Information about Scott County elections
and a turnout history for elections were discussed.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY LEMAIR AND SECONDED BY HEDBERG TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 07.191
CANVASSING THE RETURNS OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE 2007 MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
VOTE: Ayes by Haugen, Hedberg and LeMair. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further comments from Council members, a motion to adjourn was made by Hedberg and seconded by
LeMair. With all in favor, the meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
