Dear Nate Briese or whom it may concern:
Concerning the addition/driveway
I am aware of the 10% grade rule and will wave for the property listed above.
I understand that the proposed grade is 15% do to moving the garage forward and I am
completely satisfied with the 15% grade.
I don't believe lowering the garage to conform to the 10% grade will work due to the
drainage problems that would result.
