Fargo Bank Building. The existing structural steel frame system will have
to be modified to accept new roof top mounted Air Handling equipment.
To reduce tenant disruption the mechanical portion of the work is to be
done in phases to maintain operaten of the existing mechanical system
during the entire installation of the new mechanical system. The
architectural portion of this job is to accomodate the modified mechanical,
structural and electrical systems. See Mechanical, Electrical and structural
specifications for specific information related to their respective trades.
2 Exterior Pointing:
When roof mounted equipment & components are indicated to be
use:
One coat of exterior grade primer! shop applied is acceptable.
Two finish coats of Gloss Alkyd enamal.
3 Interior Pointing:
When pointing is necessary in, at. and around new duct shaft enclosures
use:
One coat of latex based primer.
Two finish coats to match adjacent wall finishes.
4 STAIR / CATWALK SYSTEM:
GRIP STRUT Plank Grating by McNICHOLS 1-800-237-3820. Use galvanized
