RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST
COMMUNITY NUMBER 1091 AMENDED (CREEKSlDE CONDOMINIUM) ClC PLAT

WHEREAS: on September 18, 2000, the City Council approved the preliminary plat known as
Creekside Estates, subject to conditions identified by Resolution 00-89; and
WHEREAS: on December 18, 2000, the City Council adopted Resolution 00-128 approving the final
plat of Creekside Estates; and
WHEREAS: On August 7, 2002, the City Council adopted Resolution 02-124 approving the Common
Interest Community Number 1091 (Creekside Condominium) CIC Plat; and
WHEREAS: The applicant is requesting approval of an amendment to Common Interest Community
Number 1091 (Creekside Condominium) CIC Plat in order to correct a mistake made in
the original CIC plat; and
WHEREAS: The City Council has found that the Common Interest Community Number 1091
Amended (Creekside Condominium) CIC Plat is in substantial compliance with the
approved preliminary plat for Creekside Estates and the approved final plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA, that the City Council has approved the Common Interest Community Number 1091 Amended
(Creekside Condominium) CIC Plat and it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be met,
prior to release of, and recording of said plat:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully setforth.
2. The ClC plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the date of
final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by July 19, 2003, will render the CIC plat null and
void.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the CIC Plat on behalf of the City.
