RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT TO
NORTHWEST ASPHALT, INC. FOR THE 1999 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 99-11

WHEREAS, Northwest Asphalt, Inc. of Shakopee, Minnesota was awarded the
contract for the 1999 Improvement Project for reconstruction of Candy
Cove Trail, Lemley Circle, Woodlawn Circle, Manor Road, and Hill Circle,
City Project 99-11, in the amount of $696,736.36, and
WHEREAS, Northwest Asphalt, Inc. has in all respects completed the contract for the
1999 Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer recommends acceptance of the project and Final
Payment of the contract.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA,
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. Full and final payment is hereby authorized to be made to Northwest Asphalt, Inc.
in the amount of $80,993.59 for the total contract amount of $787,371.83 for the
1999 Improvement Project, City Project 99-11.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 2003.
