This letter is to advise the City of Prior Lake that the above described lot will
contain approximately 30,976 square feet unencumbered by permanent highway
easement after the taking of a new permanent highway easement of 4,008
square feet needed by Scott County for the reconstruction of County Road 21.

Lake 2nd Addition)
To Whom It May Concern::
The City of Prior Lake has been asked to comment on the impact of the taking of 4,488
square feet from the existing parcel described above. According to a letter from County
Surveyor Jim Hentges, dated February 16, 2007, the above described lot will be 30,976
square feet in area after the taking.
This parcel is zoned PUD SO (Planned Unit Development Shoreland District). The
minimum lot area within the Shoreland District for nonriparian lots is 12,000 square feet.
The resulting lot area is consistent with this requirement.

RE: Request for letter regarding zoning for PID 253120010 owned by Craig J. Lovold and
Linda K. Lovold.
Dear Ms Kansier:
Scott County desires to obtain a partial release of mortgage for the portion of the above
property being taken for the reconstruction of County Road 21 under a Permanent
Highway Easement. In order to approve and process the partial release, the lender,
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, requires the borrowers (Lovolds) to provide a number of
items. One item is a letter from the local zoning authority stating that" the remaining land
conforms to their regulations."
Therefore, I am requesting that you review the enclosed information about the Lovold's
property. If the information meets your requirements please prepare a letter similar to the
copy of the letter included addressing the status of the Lovold property after the taking of
the Permanent Easement.
If you have questions, call me at 952 240 0705, or call when I can pick up your letter.
