RE: Home Occupation Permit
Dear Mr. Lanser;
The Planning Department has received and reviewed your application for a Home
Occupation Permit. Your application indicates that the proposed business is computer
programming in a home office. Considering that there will be no customers on site and
no sale, warehouse or distribution of materials produced off-site, and all other criteria of
the ordinance can be met, the Planning Department approves of your application. This
letter serves as approval of your home occupation permit.
Please be aware that if your home occupation becomes in violation of the stated
requirements, that enforcement of the ordinance will require your home occupation to
conform to the ordinance or cease operations.
