Dear Mr. Hershey,
I am contacting you in regards to the requirements for closing this open building permit.
1. Meeting zoning ordinance #1104.306 Impervious Surface Coverage. Impervious
surface coverage for lots in all Use Districts shall not exceed 30% of the lot area.
Your impervious surface calculation worksheet submitted at time of building
permit application shows your impervious surface to be over 30% by ninety-five
square feet. This requirement can be met by removing ninety-five square feet of
the existing patio or ninety-five square feet of the driveway.
2. Call for final inspection. Final inspection will include items such as:
a. 5/81h drywall on garage side of common walls and ceiling with house.
b. Verifying smoke detectors are installed in all bedrooms.
c. Verifying electrical final inspection has been completed.
