HomeMy WebLinkAboutDean Leaf Correspondence September 18, 1997 Mr. Dean Leaf 16084 Eagle Creek Avenue Prior Lake, MN 55372 RE: Driveway Expansion Dear Mr. Leaf, I have reviewed your plans to expand your driveway by placing bituminous/concrete on an existing gravel parking stall. The City Code requires your driveway be located 5 feet from your side property line (Section 5-5-5). Therefore, paving must be setback 5 feet. If you are not grading on the site, then a permit is not required. However, with or without a permit, you must abide by the ordinances of the city. Please modify your plan to meet the 5 foot sideyard setback. It appears you proposed driveway meets all other requirements of the City Code including driveway width of less than 25 feet at the property line and impervious surface is under 30%.
