Dear Nate:
I have reviewed the Certificate of Survey our office for the lot in question. The builder, Ratzlaff Homes
Inc., proposes revising the garage side from right to left from what was proposed on the Grading Plan.
I have reviewed the proposed grading plan for this lot and found that the drainage for this lot follows the
overall Grading Plan, providing positive drainage in excess of 2% away from the building to the rear
yard and to the street. The proposed rear elevation is OS above the proposed elevation on the grading
plan. As such I find no reason why the elevations proposed and garage location will not work.
It should also be noted the water service will be in the driveway for this lot.
