The builder, Ratzlaff Homes Inc., proposes revising the garage side from right to left from what was proposed on the Grading Plan. I have reviewed the proposed grading plan for this lot and found that the drainage for this lot follows the overall Grading Plan, providing positive drainage in excess of 2% away from the building to the rear yard and to the street. The proposed rear elevation is OS above the proposed elevation on the grading plan. As such I find no reason why the elevations proposed and garage location will not work. It should also be noted the water service will be in the driveway for this lot.
