CIVIL SOLUTIONS GROUP INSPECTION REPORT: Project Name: Project Location: Client; Northwood Road Prior Lake, MN Rock Creek CSO Inspectol': Inspection Date: Pages: Philip Fassler 04(17(2007 1 of 1 General Notes: Civil Solutions Group (CSG) was contacted by Mark Schaefer afRock Creek Designers & Builders to perform an inspection of tho Recon retaining wall at the Residence in Prior Lake, MN. The inspection took place on April 16th of 2007 and was performed by Phil Fassler ofCSG. The purpose of the inspection is to detennine if the retaining wall was constructed as per plans and specifications set forth by CSG in plan 06-179 last revIsed 06/02/06. Wall Construction Inspection Notes: Wall construction had been completed at th~ time of inspection. The construction aligrunent follows tho original plan. The wall has been in place for approximately 9 months at the time of the inspection. The wall heights were checked at 20' on center a.nd were found in complete compliance with the wall plans. The walllength, comer Elnd radius' locations were also verified as per the plans. I inspected the finished grading along the top and bottom of wall and found no signs of settlement~ wall movement, or any other signs that would indicate improper wall construction. As the inspection took place after completion of the wall, CSG cannot comment on the grid lengths, backfill material) or compaction rosults used on this project. The overall workmanship on the wall appe~rs exceptional. In my opinion this wall has been constructed as per plan, specifications and generally accepted wen construction principles and should function as designed.
