Dear Paul,
Yesterday I submitted the remodel/Repair plans for the Kici Yapi Change Building that
includes the contractor's building plans and the structural engineer drawings (Meyer,
Borgman and Johnson, Inc.). Attached are the site drawings that the contractor neglected
to include.
I hope you fmd these two drawings helpful in locating the project on camp's 80 + acres.
One of the drawings are an older certified survey by Valley Eng. Co., we can't fmd the
original. The other is a drawing that we have from the Scott County Highway
Department. The Scott County drawing shows the property lines and the building
location.
I hope that between these two drawings we have shown clearly enough the necessary site
information that is required to receive a permit for this project. We are on a very tight
budget and are hoping that a new certified survey will not be necessary.
You will see from the construction drawing that we are not increasing the building
footprint as part ofthe remodel. We are adding boardwalk around the building so kids
will be able to easier access the pool entrance without cutting through the building.
