I. CONVENE
II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 20, 1995 MEETING
III. MANAGEMENT OF EURASIAN MILFOIL
Discuss any comments that may have resulted from the previous nights meeting with
Steve McComas. Work on revising the Long Term Eurasian Milfoil Management plan
and coordinating any changes with the watershed if necessary.
ACTION REQUIRED: REVISE THE LONG TERM EURASIAN MILFOIL
MANAGEMENT PLAN AS NECESSARY.
IV.
NOMINATE CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR POSITIONS

Nominate chair and vice-chair positions for the LAC to serve from October 1, 1995 to
September 31, 1996.
ACTION REQUIRED: MOTION AND SECOND TO RECOMMEND A CHAIR
AND VICE-CHAIR TO SERVE ON THE LAC FOR APPOINTMENT BY THE
CITY COUNCIL.
V. REVIEW BYLAWS OF THE LAKE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The committee should review the bylaws of the LAC and recommend any changes
which would need to be approved by the city council. These changes will be considered
at the councils annual meeting.
ACTION REQUIRED: MOTION AND SECOND TO APPROVE ANY
CHANGES TO THE CURRENT BYLAWS OF THE LAC.

DISCUSS THE NEXT PUBLIC ACCESS INFORMATIONAL MEETING
-
The next public access informational meeting has been rescheduled for November 6,
1995. The accesses to be discussed are: Flint Road (vacate) and Lot 34 of Red Oaks
(vacate). These are the last of the nineteen accesses identified in the Public Access
Study. The only remaining issues to be discussed is the recommendation from the LAC
concerning further study of providing lake access at Lakefront Park. At the last
informational meeting the city council made the following motions: Shady Beach 2nd
Addition (Scenic Overlook), Watersedge Trail/ Glendale Avenue (Remain As Is), Cove
Avenue (Vacate).
