MANAGEMENT OF EURASIAN MILFOIL Discuss with watershed representative(s) the proposed plan for managing milfoil and discuss Steve McComas' proposal for his work. ACTION REQUIRED: AGREE ON A PRELIMINARY ACTION PLAN FOR MANAGING EURASIAN MILFOIL IN 1996. IV. WINTER SURFACE WATER USE DISCUSSION Formulate a set of criteria to be used for discussion with the Scott County Sheriffs Department concerning winter use of the lake. -- ACTION REQUIRED: FORMULATE CRITERIA AND SET A MEETING DATE TO DISCUSS WINTER REGULATION OF THE LAKE WIm THE SCOTT SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. v. PREPARING THE 1996 WORK PLAN Review of the document by the Lake Review Committee - "A Guide for a Balanced Future" in formulating the 1996 work plan. ACTION REQUIRED: WORK ON PREPARING A PRELIMINARY 1996 WORK PLAN. VI. DISCUSS THE NEXT PUBLIC ACCESS INFORMATIONAL MEETING The last public access informational meeting was held November 6, 1995. The accesses discussed were: Flint Road and Lot 34 of Red Oaks. These are the last of the nineteen accesses identified in the Public Access Study. At this meeting the city council made the following motions: Flint Road - Vacate a 50 feet of road right-of-way and retain a drainage/utility easement; Lot 34 of Red Oaks - Vacate any remaining City interests that may remain on this lot.
