The applicant shall submit evidence of recording of the Monitoring and Maintenance Agreement. 2. The applicant shall submit a 2-year letter of credit (LOC) guaranteeing the landscaping. The LOC must equal 125 percent of the cost of the plants, mulching, and edgers, including installation.
