Malinda, Please acknowledge that a covered structure such as a porch or three season covered deck or porch is not allowed by the rear east patio door because of the 30 foot setback requirement from the 100 Year water elevation of the pond in the rear of the lot. The survey indicates that there is 32.27' between the 100 year pond elev. and the corner of the house which the remaining 2.27' is not enough to construct a three season porch.
