The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in March
regular session on 21,
1977 at 7 :30 P.M. _ in' the. City Council Chambers. Mayor Stock'called the meeting
to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Counciimen.Busse, Oakes, and Watkins, City
Manager AilcGu ire y Engineer Anderson, and Atibrney Sullivan. Councilman

Motion was made by Watkins to approve the Minutes of March 21, 1977,',seconded by
Busse >and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. '

Council discussed this matter.
At 7:48, P.m., Councilman`Bissonett off ived of &he meeting.

Mayor Stock directed Engineer Anderson to refine his data for improving Memorial
Trail using recycled bituminous and to present this at the next meeting.
Motion was made by Watkins to adopt a resolution' certifying th at Mcltaei McGuire,
City Manager, and Wal ter `Stock, Mayor are .authorized -to sign _all checks that will
be drawn from Municipal Funds, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly
