Chubers..Preeent were Mayor 'Andren, Councilmasibers Busse, and Soott City Manager McGuire, Finance Director Tesctmr, and Assistant City Manager/Boonaeic Developent Director U isacht. ` Councilabers Fitzgerald and White were absent. Next on the was to consider an amendment to Title 5, }` a9e� Chapter 2, Section 1 of the City Code regarding the Zoning Ordirmm and Zoning Map. City Manager NeGuire presented Ordinance 86-01 and explained the Zoning Ordinance requires an approved P.U.D. - to be recognized' on the Zoning !lap. This amendment would Implement ,.the Bob Brown_P.U.D. that was approved on January 27, 1986 and would satisfy the P.U.D. process. M� Upon a vote taken, ayes by Andren, Busse, and Scott; Fitzgerald and white ` absent;,the motion passed: unanimously. The nut item on the agenda was to review requests for gambling licenses. City Manager MoG1uire reviewed with the Council that gambling licenses are new approved by the state. The City does sign the application acknowledging that the application is being made and has 30 days to object to the license. Discussion followed regarding if the Council waited to review every application. Council authorised the City Manager to approve all renewals for gambling licenses, but application for a new license should` be brought before the Oouncil. City Manager McGuire ' informed the Oxmil that he received requests for gambbling lieanmes from the V!W and Muscular Sclerorts located in the B i D Bar. The C=Wil then reviewed "the Building Permit Report, Fire and Aeecxue Report, Police Report, and the Dog Catcher's Import and accepted the reports an smmbmitted by general consent. The next Oouncil.mreeting will be Monday, !larch 24, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. There being no further busl ness. the meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m. by general actoont of the Caurcil. Michael A.
