These items herein take precedence over items in the contract documents, which they modify or supplement. This addendum includes these two (2) pages of addendum information, (5) pages of(8-1/2"x 11") attachments. Attachments: Architectural Exhibits: Architectural Exhibit Drawings 1 —5 Five (5) pages PART 1-ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, REVISIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS TO DRAWINGS: A. SHEET A1.0—GARAGE FLOOR PLAN: 1. Revise Mechanical/ Electrical Room to show area well at the south side eliminated and the area well at the north side enlarged from 5'-10" length to 12'-8". See Exhibit No. 1. B. SHEET A1.1 —FIRST FLOOR PLAN: 1. Added soffits to Heritage Room on the north and east sides of the room measuring 2'-0"wide. See Exhibit No. 2. 2. At Unisex bath adjacent to the Heritage Room add note "Furr down entire ceiling". See Exhibit No. 2. 3. At entry into the Elevator Lobby#1 furr down ceiling to create curved soffit. See Exhibit No. 2. 4. At Unit 122 add 2"of depth to the shaft. See Exhibit No. 3 for overall dimensions. 5. At Food Storage No. 1 edit shaft size to be 3'-0" inside clear x 2'-6" inside clear.
