It is also our intention to maintain this road so it will be accessible by emergency vehicles in the event of an accident. I have been in contact with Mike Lewis of Keystone Communities regarding this matter, but I wanted to express our intentions to you, so that there is no confusion later on. Submit signed HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, elevator, fire/smoke alarm, emergency lighting/exit Ftr signs and sprinkler plans. May be submitted at a later date. The pressure vacuum breaker equipment should be located at the highest elevation of the project as the pressure vacuum breaker must be 1.0" above the highest elevated sprinkler head. Response: See Addendum Number Two, Exhibit #'s 17 and 18. 16. / Stair #3 3'3 floor: Provide detail comparable to detail 6/A5.7 and detail 9/S11, for offsets of wall containing door 3S3, perpendicular walls and floor system from the stair shaft walls below. The stair shaft must be separated from the adjacent floor and wall construction. UBC 711.2. Response: Moved wall and door 3S3, See Exhibit #6. 17.' Provide narrative on workings of doors 1S5A and 1C3 and of their hardware groups 22 and 23. Response: Doors will be delayed egress — locked at all times, UBC requires delayed egress hardware. 18/ Door 304: 60 minute rating required. UBC 310. Section 10520: Provide fire extinguishers minimum 2A 10BC rated. UFC 1002. Response: See Addendum Number Two—will provide fire extinguishers as indicated. 22. ,c Section 11020: Install Fire Department lock box. An application for a City authorized lock box d ' is received at time of building permit from this department. Response: Contractor will purchase. 23.
