Dear Mr.Lewis:
This communication is intended to serve as authorization for Keystone Communities to have
right of access to adjoining Lots 1 and 3 of the Park Nicollet property at Prior Lake.
Terms and Conditions of this agreement are as per the attached letter from Keystone.

Access and Storage during Construction
Lots T, 2 and 3, Block 2,Park Nicollet Addition, Scott County
Prior Lake, Minnesota
Dear Mr. Nelson,
As we discussed earlier, Keystone Communities would be most appreciative if during the
construction of our senior housing project on Lot 2 of the captioned Block,Park Nicollet
granted Keystone the right of access and storage on the adjacent parcels—Lots 1 &3. ,
I have talked with our insurance agent about such an arrangement, and he will provide
evidence of insurance coverage for the temporary use of the two lots, In addition, Weis
Builders and/or their respective subcontractor will provide evidence of insurance
coverage for these adjacent lots.
You have our assurance that Lots 1 &3 would be properly maintained during I
construction and restored to an acceptable condition upon completion of our project. We
are anticipating a construction start the first week of August 2002.
