To Members of the Park Board:
The Tennis Club of Prior Lake wishes to oresent this petition
to our Park Bosrd Committee to show how ms. ny oersons are interested
in tennis and its lmorovement in Prior Lake.
This summer tennis classes were popular: 63 sdults lesrned
tennis through the adult educs, tion program; P.L. Aoy. had 120
girls learning, but tennis was not offered to boys. The High
School h~d its first tennis team this year with 32 players. This
is a total of 214. The three school courts cannot s~ccommodate the
increasing numbers who will use these courts.
The Tennis Club would like to have a renresentative at the
P~.rk Board meetings to review the priority of tennis courts in
the olanning phases of the ps. rko
