INSNOTI II Escrow Agreement This.agreement between property owner Jason 1Vliskowic and the City of Prior Lake. This refers to the property located at 14354 Watersedge Trail.The agreement is such that the owner will post an escrow in the sum of $5.962,50.This amount is for completing ail necessary drainage work to be completed per obtained variances from the city on April 1, 2013.This escrow is to be used if work is not completed prior to final occupancy certificate dated by the city.This agreement also allows the city to enter the property to complete work necessary to finish escrow items.
