ISSUES:
1. Request for 3-way stop at Pixie Point Circle-Tracy Peterson
Background from phone conversation (3/9/04):
Tracy is requesting a 3-way stop sign at Pixie Pt. Circle and 150th Street (intersection closest to TH13). Speeding on 150th, school bus stop at top of hill, also park across 150th
which children cross 150th. Two dogs have been killed by cars in area, very hard to see with hill (limited sight distance).
Larry/Steve to check on design speed of hill

signal installed ASAP, very unsafe intersection
She represents Deerfield subdivision and could provide a petition if requested

Has had speed wagon before-not effective
She is willing to have police sit in her driveway
Certain the townhome residents are the speeding problem

has called about the speeding issue before

Speeding down the hill is the problem
Lots of kids in area
Willing to do petition
