4. New Business
A. Election of officers for 1995. Doug Berens was Chair and Pat Heaney was
Vice-Chair in 1994.
B. Establish Goals and Objectives for 1995. Staff has included the Goals and
Objectives for 1994 for review by the PAC. We need to review and
establish 1995 goals for the City Council Workshop on January 20-21,
1995.
5. Old Business.
A. Update on progress of Park Acquisition and Development funding source
recommendation. City Council will discuss this at the January 17, 1995
Council meeting.
B. Status of Grant Application for Bang Property.
C. ISTEA Grant for Scott County Trail Project
6. Set next meeting date.
A. The next scheduled meeting is for Tuesday, February 14, 1995 AT THE
NEW FIRE HALL.
7. Adjourn the meeting.

The Winter Brochure was mailed out to the residents on Thursday, December 29,
1994. Registration for the 1995 Winter Programs began on Tuesday, January 3rd at
7:00 a.m. This particular season covers the months of January, February, and
March. I have listed below a few of the highlights for the upcoming season.

All in all we are offering over 25 different classes or trips for the winter season.
The winter season has already started with a tot activity, and the skating season in
full swing. The last activity planned for the Winter Season is scheduled for Friday,
March 24th, which is also the day the Spring Brochure will be mailed out to the
residents. The Spring Brochure will cover the months of April and May.
OGRAM EVALU.4T
The 1994 Recreation Program Summary Report is in the process of being
completed. The purpose of the report is to keep the Parks Advisory Committee and
the City Council up to date and informed of the details and happenings of the
recreation programs offered during 1994.
The report will first be presented to the Parks Advisory Committee for their review
in February. Upon reviewal and acceptance from the P.A.C., the report will be
presented and submitted to the city council either the second meeting in February
or the first meeting in March.
