A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY AT 5634 LUTHER ROAD
Motion By: Burkart Second By: Braid
WHEREAS, The Prior Lake Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 8, 2018, to
consider a registered land survey application from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church; and
WHEREAS, Notice of the public hearing on said registered land survey has been duly published and
posted in accordance with the applicable Minnesota Statutes and Prior Lake Ordinances;
and
WHEREAS, All persons interested in this issue were afforded the opportunity to present their views
and objections related to the registered land survey for the record at the public hearing
conducted by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the registered land survey
according to the applicable provisions of the Prior Lake Zoning and Subdivision
Ordinances and found said registered land survey to be consistent with the provisions of
said ordinances; and
WHEREAS, The Prior Lake City Council considered an application for such registered land survey on
October 15, 2018; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has the authority to impose reasonable conditions on a registered land
survey.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The registered land survey is approved at the property located at 5634 Luther Road subject
to the conditions set forth in this resolution:
a. The registered land survey shall be recorded at Scott County within 90 days of
approval by the City Council. Failure to record the documents by January 13,
2018 will render the registered land survey null and void.
Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 15th day of October 2018.
