PDEV23-000012 – Zoning Code Text Amendment – Pixie Point Homeowners Association - The Pixie Point Homeowners Association is requesting a text amendment to Prior Lake Zoning Code to Subsection 1122.300, Land Use Definitions and Conditions, to amend the definition of Controlled Access Lot to revise the number of slips permitted for the Pixie Point Homeowners Association from five to six. 6.
