RESOLUTION 25-007 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY INVESTMENT POLICY Motion By: Hellier Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
an Investment Policy promotes the acquisition of safe investments and maximum return on investments consistent with the cash flow needs of the City and state statutues; and amendments to this policy are needed from time to time to take into account Minnesota statute and changing market conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The revised Investment Policy is hereby adopted. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 28th day of January 2025.
