HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-021 Approving the CIty Manager's Employment Agreement and Salary 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 25-021 Adopt a Resolution Approving the City Manager's Employment Agreement and Salary Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill WHEREAS, The City Manager and the City Council on behalf of the City of Prior Lake entered into an employment agreement commencing on October 14, 2019; and WHEREAS, The City Council conducted the City Manager’s performance evaluation on February 11, 2025 for the year 2024; and WHEREAS, The performance evaluation was deemed satisfactory and warrants a continuation of the employment agreement as amended for the year 2025; and WHEREAS, The City Manager’s salary will be adjusted per the terms of the employment agreement effective January 1, 2025. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Manager’s base salary shall be $189,366.00 effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2023, based upon a cost-of-living salary adjustment of 4%. 3. All other terms and conditions of the employment agreement for 2025 are hereby approved effective January 1, 2025.
