HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-030 Approving a Public a Property Use Permit for a Construction Staging Area on City-Owned Property at 4570 Colorado Street SE 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 25-030 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC PROPERTY USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AT 4570 COLORADO STREET SE Motion By: Lake Second By: Hellier WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Stanley & Wencl, LLC has applied for a building permit for the redevelopment of a property at 4636 Colorado Street, SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 (the “Project Site”); and due to the limited land area on the Project Site, Stanley & Wencl, LLC has requested permission of City to utilize a city-owned property at 4570 Colorado Street SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 (the “Lot”) as a construction staging area; and the Lot is legally described as Lot 1, and the East 30 ft. of Lot 2, Block 16, City of Prior Lake, PID 250011220; and the City of Prior Lake requires approval and execution of a Public Property Use Permit prior to placement of construction staging materials on the Lot; and WHEREAS, on March 11, 2025, the Prior Lake City Council reviewed and approved the Public Property Use Permit. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council of Prior Lake hereby approves the Public Property Use Permit and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Public Property Use Permit on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 11th day of March 2025.
