RESOLUTION 25-044 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WORK ORDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION SERVICES FOR THE 2025 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT (2025-01) Motion By: Churchill Second By: Lake
WHEREAS, The City Council has awarded a contract for the 2025 Pavement Management Project; and, WHEREAS, Construction observation services will need to be outsourced for this project due to internal staffing changes; and, WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. (WSB), a member of the city’s consultant pool, has provided a proposal in the amount of $177,320 to provide construction observation services for this project; and, WHEREAS, Staff recommend executing a work order with WSB in the amount of $177,320
for the construction observation services. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with WSB in the amount of $177,320 for the construction observation services for the 2025 Pavement Management Project (2025-01)
3. Funding for this project is included in the 2025 CIP. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 25th day of March 2025. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier Aye ☒ ☐ ☒ ☒ ☒ Nay ☐ ☐ ☐ ☐ ☐
