RESOLUTION 25-079 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE QUOTE AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE LOWER LEVEL CITY HALL HALLWAY AND BREAKROOM FLOORING (2024-17) Motion By: Hellier Second By: Churchill
WHEREAS, the hallway and breakroom flooring in the lower level of City Hall need to be replaced as part of the insurance claim from the water damage sustained on July 12, 2024; and
WHEREAS, staff solicited a quote from Henrickson, the same contractor that replaced the office furniture during the renovation; and WHEREAS, staff recommend awarding a contract in the amount of $33,425.50 to Henrickson for the hallway and breakroom flooring in the lower level of City Hall. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Henrickson in the amount of $33,425.50
3. This cost will be funded as part of the insurance claim for the repair of the lower level of City Hall (440-41940.00-55520.00-FAC24-000002.
