RESOLUTION 25-124 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ORDERING OF 2026 VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT Motion By: Braid Second By: Churchill WHEREAS, the 2026 Equipment CIP includes $1,372,000 for the replacement of the
following items:

and WHEREAS, the actual cost for these purchases is expected to be under budget based on recent vendor quotes; and WHEREAS, all proposed purchases will be from State Contract and other cooperative purchasing vendors to ensure the best value pricing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Mayor and City Manager hereby authorize staff to order the replacement equipment.
