AGENDA ITEM: Joint Work Session with Planning Commission
BACKGROUND:
The City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint work session to discuss areas of
focus for the upcoming year. The topics for discussion will include the following:
1. Introductions (5 minutes)
1. Development Update (15 minutes)
2. OAA/AUAR (10 minutes)
3. 2050 Comp Planning Process (10 minutes)
4. Housing Legislation/ADU’s/Etc. (10 minutes)
5. Preservation of commercially zoned property (5 minutes)
6. Planning Commission votes (5 minutes)
7. List of Potential Ordinance Updates and Q & A (10 minutes)
