RESOLUTION 25-160 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE 2025-2026 STORMWATER POND MAINTENANCE PROJECT (2025-14) Motion By: Lake Second By: Hellier
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 25-084, adopted on June 24, 2025, the city received plans and specifications for the 2025-2026 Stormwater Pond Maintenance Project (2025-14), and the advertisement for bids was scheduled for
publication on November 5 and November 10, 2025 with a bid opening of November 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law:
and WHEREAS, the city’s consulting engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc. has provided a recommendation letter to award the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Precision Utilities with a base bid of $116,690.44 and a bid alternate of $41,630.10, for a total of $158,320.54.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The bids and tabulation worksheet, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, are hereby received.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the city’s standard contract with Precision Utilities in the amount of $158,320.54.
4. The cost of this project will be funded by the Water Quality Fund.
