1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Braid, Lake and
Hellier. Absent: Churchill. Also were City Manager Wedel, Police Chief Duggan and City Clerk
Simon in attendance.
