RESOLUTION 26-035 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH WSB LLC FOR THE GREEN HEIGHTS RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (CP 2028-03) Motion By: Braid Second By: Hellier
WHEREAS, the 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes $8,757,558 for the street and utility improvements to 1.4 miles of streets within the Green Heights area; and WHEREAS, a feasibility report is needed to determine the best options for construction and financing for this project; and WHEREAS, WSB LLC, a member of the City’s consultant pool, has provided a proposal in the amount of $1,422,721 to develop the feasibility report and provide project management and construction administration services for this project; and WHEREAS, staff recommend executing a work order with WSB LLC in the amount of $1,422,721 for the development of the feasibility report, project management, and construction administration services. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Council hereby orders the preparation of the feasibility report for the Green Heights Reconstruction Project (2028-03).
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute a work order with WSB LLC in the amount of $1,422,721 for the development of the feasibility report, project management, and construction administration services for the Green Heights Reconstruction Project (2028-03).
4. The funding for this project is included in the 2026-2030 CIP. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 10th day of March 2026. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
