RESOLUTION 26-037 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE DEADLINE TO RECORD THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENCES AT CREST WOODS Motion By: Braid Second By: Hellier
WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
on December 9, 2025 the Prior Lake City Council approved a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan, Development Agreement and Final Plat for The Residences at Crest Woods; and the developer has requested additional time to record the plat and Development Agremment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County by June 7, 2026. Failure
to record the documents by June 7, 2026 will render the final plat null and void. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 10th day of March, 2026.
