CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
February 10, 2026
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Churchill, Lake and
Hellier. Absent: Braid. Also were City Manager Wedel, Police Chief Duggan, and City Clerk Simon
in attendance.
2. PUBLIC FORUM
Manny Perez, 4636 Colorado Street: Owner of new coming restaurant Chula’s. Item on consent-
item 5H regarding patio seating for this new restaurant to provide as an amenity to the commu-
nity. Hoping to be open by the end of April.
Briggs: Thank you for your investment in the community, looking forward to having Chula’s join
the community.
