RESOLUTION 26-060 RESOLUTION APPROVING A COOPERATIVE COST SHARE AGREEMENT FOR THE MARSH DRIVE EXTENSION PROJECT (2022-27) Motion By: Lake Second By: Braid
WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
on March 10, 2026 the City Council approved a $750,000 purchase agreement for the real property located at 13995 Hidden Lake Trail NE in Prior Lake to accommodate the extension of Marsh Drive NE between Hidden lake Trail NE and Pike Lake Trail NE; and the closing on this property took place on March 18, 2026; and both the City and Scott County will mutually benefit from the extension of Marsh Drive NE and wish to enter into a cooperative agreement to document the cost
participation of each party; and the city attorney and city staff have reviewed the agreement and recommend City
Council approval at this time.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully set forth. 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Cooperative Agreement. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 14th day of April 2026. VOTE Briggs Braid Churchill Lake Hellier
